Location: Story City, Iowa
522 is a multi-tenant historic building, currently being renovated into functioning office and apartment spaces. This building was previously a bank, and the unique aspects left behind, such as the large vault door, have been integrated into the design. The project is predicted to be finished by summer 2020.
