As a Life Plan Community managed by LCS®, these beautiful residences were conceptualized to meet the evolving demands of modern retirees who prioritize autonomy without sacrificing the safety net of a continuum of care.
Each of these villas were carefully designed to prioritize LCS®’s client-centric approach to senior living, with the option of personalized aesthetics, a bright and open central living space, private porches and patios, and a fully equipped kitchen specially mapped out to support the principles of aging in place for residents. Rather than becoming a clinical necessity, the ADA accommodation of these spaces integrates seamlessly with the luxury component.
