Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa
Conceptual design for a 15,000 s.f. airport terminal in Council Bluffs. Facility was designed to house FBO and provide conference and meeting room space for the City as well as the County Extension Service. A modern lobby and greeting area were included for aircraft departures and arrivals.
