Location: Dubuque, Iowa
A 64 Unit Condominium planned on the Mississippi River in Dubuque, IA. The limestone bluff, lock and dam and the art-deco style city water plant influenced project design.
The first six floors are comprised of single level units, followed by top two floors are two-level penthouse units.
