Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Three multi-story high-rise structures are laid onto the site set back from the edge of the bluff overlooking a bend in the Mississippi River. Each building has a mix of unit sizes ranging from 2-Bedroom / 2-Bath Units to 4-Bedroom / 4 1/2-Bath penthouse suites.
The top units are penthouse suites with vaulted ceilings, large windows and 1 ½-story living spaces. Amenities to the development include a community center, fitness center, pool, walking paths, and a 270-degree view of the Mississippi River and downtown Dubuque, Iowa. The design also incorporates indoor, heated parking for all owners located in multiple levels below each building.
The design provides a large, private balcony for each unit. Multiple vertical circulation cores give each unit an elevator that is shared by only a few units, making them virtually private elevators.
