Mater planning of a full service CCRC or Continuing Care Retirement Community, designed in the Spanish colonial revival style. The community will be built on the 29-acre site in North Naples. The development of the Naples community was planned in three phases. In addition to having Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care beds, it is estimated that the proposed community will have 340 Independent Living (IL) units at build-out, with 192 apartments and multi-unit Villas built at first phase.
