Located adjacent to 909 Walnut (Fidelity Tower) in downtown Kansas City, this 500 stall parking structure was originally designed to be construction using cast-in-place concrete.
Design features included:
- A street facade that would blend with surrounding office structure
- A small pavilion-like structure & rooftop garden provide view & escape to adjacent residents
